ANGEL SEQUEIROS is a small and family Galician winery, located in O CONDADO (one of the D.O. RIAS BAIXAS´s regions), in the most Southern part of GALICIA, in the North-West corner of Spain, just a step away from the river Miño, in the borderline with Portugal. We believe that the Albariño wine has, thanks to its acidity, degree and aromas, a wasted potential of guard and development in the bottle. Thus, the idea of making an albariño quality likeness of the great French and German whites. We only had a premise: not do what others do, not make another young white to consume cold and fast, like a soda.
While thinking about how to make an different Albariño, more complex, with a wider profile of tasting, pairs with a broader range of foods, we looked to the past, to a time previous to stainless steel, when traditional farmers used wood casks. Demanding the personality above trends, and as a result of to pamper the vineyard and to combine tradition and modern enology, our wines ANGEL SEQUEIROS, ALBARIÑO FOUDRE, and ANGEL SEQUEIROS, ALBARIÑO LIAS were born. We are convinced that they are richer and more complex, incorporating creamy notes and a long finish, while maintaining the identity of the fruit. IT´S ALBARIÑO… BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT.

Benboa is a small company from Galicia, located in a privileged environment, in the heart of a natural park in the Arousa Estuary, situated in an ancient salted fish factory at a small village named Corrubedo. A refurbished space where you can find a seafood nursery, a traditional food market, a tavern restaurant where you can taste the best of our ocean and a small workshop of canned and ready-cooked meals. Seafood Cakes, Octopus, rice or sauces that benboa produces fully handcrafted with the finest fish and seafood coming from sustainable fishing. The fish is landed in Galician Fish Markets, using 100% of maximum freshness and natural ingredients. Caracoles Deluque is a family business located in a prime location for snail farming by favorable conditions of humidity, rain and vegetation. Colleiteiro refers to a particular type of Galicianwinery, which is characterized by producing less than 60,000 liters of wine per year, only from their own grapes. The excellent meat of chestnut-fed pigs results in the exclusive Selecta Hams, dry-cured for 18 months in drying sheds that reproduce the conditions traditionally found in Galician farmhouses. A truly exquisite delicacy.

HGA BODEGAS Y VIÑEDOS DE ALTURA was born in 2003 with the aim of producing and selling the best high altitude wines planted in the best regions of Galicia, north of Spain, and which are close to heaven. As a family business, we count with more than 100ha of our own vineyard in the subzones of Rosal, Val do Salnes and Ribeira Sacra. We started to export 4 years ago and today we are present in 25 countries and have approximately 53 importers.
Within the HGA Bodegas group name we own 2 wineries – in the Rias Baixas Appellation – we have the biggest vineyard with 100ha of Albariño grape vineyard and the winery is called Bodegas Altos de Torona.

The second vineyard is in the Appellation Ribera Sacra – Bodegas Reegina Viarum – This is a region that is famous since the Roman times as they made wines there- and we produce wines from Mencia grape and we also have a limited production of Godello from the same region.

A small growers cooperative oriented to ‘your healthy eating’. At every stage from crop planning to when products arrive to our consumers, we thoroughly take care of every process and procedure: monitoring the crops, and working out the optimum moment for harvesting, handling and packaging in our facilities. This enables us to offer you a product with the highest quality, safety, freshness, flavour and sustainability, both social and environmental. Padron pepper is our flagship product. Pan fried in olive oil it is one of the most typical and delicious Spanish “tapas”. We grow them with traditional seeds, from our own selection, in a tradition which comes from the seventeenth century, when Franciscan monks of the convent of Herbon (Padron, A Coruña), brought these seeds from the New World, then spread them throughout the area of Rias Baixas. Using these native seeds rather than modern commercial varieties, we keep varying levels of capsaicin, the substance that causes the typical spiciness: "some are hot, others are not" is the popular idiom we have related to this.

To learn about the origin of the cheese we have to go back to the times of the Castrenian towns that inhabited the mountains from A Carba to Xistral. In the middle ages, the importance of this cheese was of such great value, that it was used as the form of payment in forums and tithes. Its distinct smoked flavour has become its trademark, thanks to the wood that is used, from the common tree of the area: the birch tree.

Embutidos Montepicato was born as a family fabric of cold meat and salted products, and has succeeded in being faithful to the habits and production methods of the traditional ways. What was first born as an artisan fabric of traditional “chorizo” sausage, is nowadays a modern facility that uses sophisticated technology to ensure the quality of its products. All this while still using the same artisan methods that made cold meat products from Galicia famous: a strict selection of raw material and a smoking process that uses natural wood.

Our range of Pazo de Valdomiño Premium products is in the highest selection of distillates not only because of its high quality but also because of its innovative, unique and personalized design.

The monks of St. Clodio´s Monastery in Leiro, in the XI century had extensive properties, most of them dedicated to cultivate vines. In the XVII century they also built the Priorato de Vieite (ancient Villa Benedict) also surrounded by vines brought from the Rhin valley. In 1990 the lawyer Lorenzo Rolando De Francisco, bought the Priorato de Vieite and its vineyards, and he planted mostly the Treixadura variety, the main autochthon variety from Ribeiro. Near to Priorato he and other partners opened in 2006 the Pazo de Vieite, S.L. Winery designed with high technology, where the Ribeiro white wines “Farnadas” and “1932 de pazo Vieite” are made.

The Pazo Pegullal vineyard is located in Salceda de Caselas, Galicia (Spain), surrounded by Country Manor built in the XVIII century and that carries the same name. One of the main differences of our wine is its fragances coming from the kiwi fruit plantation close to the vineyard. We take care of our grapes during all the year and we handpick the best bunches to obtain a very unctuous Albariño, with a subtle acidity. The location of the vineyard in a sunny hillside makes the grapes ripen evenly without losing any of its aromas.
The olive plantation of El olivar d'Pegullal is located in the town of Tomiño (Galicia - Spain) with a 7 hectares extension of arbequina variety with eleven years. It is one of the few olive plantations of Galicia. From it is obtained a high density oil with fragances of fresh herbs, banana and apple, without spicy hints.
With our own oil press in the Pegullal Country Manor, our oil comes from the first press in cold of our olives using a traditional method.

Quinta de Couselo is a heritage linked to the Cistercian monastery of Santa María of Oia, where wines have been produced since 1864. It belongs to the sub-region of DO Rias Baixas with 8 hectares of vineyard. Its wines are made mainly from the varietal Albariño, combined with the traditional from Loureira and the white Caiño.

Bodega Roandi, now represents the fourth generation of winegrowers in the Moral Family, who with great care has cared vineyards that have been passed from father to son, without having lost the love for the land and for work well done to over time. Roandi winery began its journey in 2008, entering the Valdeorras Designation of Origin, and developing its first vintage in 2009 with two unique brands on the market, a single varietal Godello white, and red oak.
Currently we produce white and red wines with high market acceptance, seeking innovation, being, for example, the first winery to produce a Sparkling Rosé Wine in Galicia made with Galician native varieties.

Commercialised meat such as Ternera Gallega comes from calves bred in small family run farms and feeding places. They use their own workforce and comply with traditional rules and guidelines for forage in Galicia regarding the animals' handling and care. Once weaned, calves are fed using the farm’s natural forage and fodder exclusively made using a vegetable origin, above all cereals, previously controlled and authorised by the Regulatory Board.
