Benboa is a small company from Galicia, located in a privileged environment, in the heart of a natural park in the Arousa Estuary, situated in an ancient salted fish factory at a small village named Corrubedo. A refurbished space where you can find a seafood nursery, a traditional food market, a tavern restaurant where you can taste the best of our ocean and a small workshop of canned and ready-cooked meals. Seafood Cakes, Octopus, rice or sauces that benboa produces fully handcrafted with the finest fish and seafood coming from sustainable fishing. The fish is landed in Galician Fish Markets, using 100% of maximum freshness and natural ingredients. Products have minimal processing, simple and healthy kitchen, a very easy preparation and with a high gastronomic value.
BENITO SANTOS – wine
Benito Santos was a man with a dream. While working the albariño vineyards of his grandparents, he one day envisioned how the world would know and appreciate this noble grape variety. After years of dedication, he founded his own winery in 1979. Decades later, Successors Benito Santos continues to work with the same passion and enthusiasm from the past to offer an honest wine, faithful reflection of a unique terroir.
BICO DE XEADO – ice cream
The main feature of our ice cream is that they are all made with fresh milk we produce in our own farm. Therefore, this is the main distinguishing characteristic, as we control the main ingredient (approximately 50% of the ingredients is milk) from the production of fodder, feed and care for our animals, milking and pasteurization of milk. Our manufacturing process is handmade and we use the best fresh fruits and raw materials (no artificial colourings nor preservatives). Therefore, it is an any time of day food and that you can eat throughout the year. (all ice creams are gluten free).

CABANA DAS BOLBORETAS – wine
CABANA DAS BOLBORETAS is the result of several generations of winemakers putting all their effort and dedication in caring for the vineyard with great respect for the natural environment; Waiting day after day for the grapes to reach the optimum ripeness to start harvesting, always manually, making sure each selected bunch complies with the highest ripening and hygienic standards.
Keeping these principles as our cornerstone and with state of the art premises equipped with the most advanced technical means for wine processing and preservation, we try to capture the essence of the grape grown by our family in our 30 year old vineyards, which include some centenary vines, set in a privileged location 20 km from the Atlantic ocean, with a climate and soil composition unique to the Galician Rías Baixas. These exceptional conditions and our care throughout the whole wine making process are reflected in our wines.
CAMPELOS DO COTO – bread & confectionery
Homemade Galician bread is the keystone of Grupo Alimentario Docampo, starting 30 years ago as an artisan bakery in the Spanish city of Pontevedra. Currently, the group own two professional brands: Panificadora Campelos do Coto and Docampo Pan Tostado.
Campelos do Coto makes and distributes deep-frozen, high quality homemade bakery and confectionary products like bread, patties and typical Galician cakes and almond cakes. Docampo Pan Tostado makes superior-quality toast with the taste know-how of bread made in Galicia.
Its network of 11 property bakeries offers Grupo Alimentario Docampo a direct contact with the client and first-hand knowledge of the tastes and preferences of the market.
CARACOLES DELUQUE – snails
Caracoles Deluque is a family business located in a prime location for snail farming by favorable conditions of humidity, rain and vegetation. It is dedicated to the packaging of snails cooked only in water and salt, no additives and preservatives are added. A poor-fat meat rich in high biological value proteins and minerals. A product made by hand where a high quality snail is selected, a snail with all its flavour and its properties.
Snails are an ideal meal for any season. In addition to daily feeding, the snails enjoy a healthy natural diet. The herbs and clovers used to feed the snails are carefully sown prior to the beginning of their life cycle.
CÁRNICAS TEIJEIRO – cold & salting meat
Since our inception, over 50 years ago, in Carnicas Teijeiro we have been committed to providing our customers the best selection of raw materials, offering a broad portfolio of products, including our hand tied meats and sausages -both without preservatives nor colorants- which are gluten-free and carefully aged. All our products are subject to strict quality controls that ensure all health guarantees are met, from the feeding to the point of sale, thereby obtaining
high quality meat. Currently we are working with 2 ranges:
Serrano Pork -also called White Pork- and Celtic Pork, being the latter a native species of Galicia in recovery from endangerment and protected by Galician regional government and Asoporcel (Celtic Swine Breeders Association). Our Celtic Pigs are raised outdoors, fed with chestnuts, acorns and fresh pasture. They are slaughtered when they're at least 12 months of age. All our products are developed in line with our company's philosophy, on a traditional and thorough way. Our Celtic Pork's products are marketed under the brand "CERCEL".
CASAL DE ARMÁN – wine
Bodegas Casal de Armán was founded at the ending of the 90’s, but it belongs to the fourth generation of a family who has been making Ribeiro wines since the 19th century. The pillars that support the Casal de Armán project are illusion, hard work and great passion for wine. During the grape picking process, winemaker’s main concern is to bring the grapes to the cellar in the best possible conditions. For this reason, they choose a different date for each vineyard, according to their quality. Grapes are hand picked into small boxes that are quickly transported to refrigerated stores in the cellar. They are kept there at a constant temperature of 10º to 12º until they are carefully selected in special tables.
Nowadays Casal de Armán covers nearly twenty hectares of vineyards dedicated to the cultivation of autochthonous varieties like the white treixadura, godello, albariño and loureira; and when it comes to red, they devote their work to the brencellao, caíño and sousón varieties.
CASTAÑA DE GALICIA - chestnut
Since childhood, Jesús Quintá has been emotionally and occupationally attached to the humble chestnut. In 2009, the Galician chestnut was recognized as a Protected Geographical Species and he achieved one of his biggest dreams: the Galician chestnut was distinguished and recognised for its unique quality and distinct characteristics derived from its geographic location. Perfect for both sweet and savoury recipes or simply eaten on it's own baked and peeled, the Galician chestnut is a taste sensation, intense and unique.
COLLEITEIROS DO RIBEIRO – ribeiro wine
Colleiteiro refers to a particular type of Galicianwinery, which is characterized by producing less than 60,000 liters of wine per year, only from their own grapes. The Colleiteiro, a traditional figure of the Galicia (Spain) countryside, it has evolved when it comes to make their wines, keeping alive the tradition while combining it with the latest technologies in winemaking. In most of the Colleiteiro's wineries, it is the owner of the winery who is the responsible for the entire production cycle, from taking care of the vineyard, including winemaking. In the wine world a Colleiteiro is similar to the concepts of Terroir or signature wines.

CONSERVAS CURRICÁN – traditional, artisan cannery
Conservas Artesanas Curricán S.L. was born as a women's initiative, women that have learnt from the people of Burela the traditional way to preserve all the quality and full flavour of the local tuna. We carefully select the best raw material in the port of origin, giving priority to artisanal fishing techniques and the art of trolling, and perform a 100% hand drawing, using the traditional method for obtaining a tinned "like homemade". We work with Galician products from the area, preparing each species in their coastal and maximum quality guarantee as the origin of the product and respect the environment by working captures in their biologically appropriate cycles.

GONZÁLEZ JAMONES - ham
González Hams is a family company, was founded in 1923 by Manuel González Pérez and it was passed from generation to generation until today. In González Hams we are dedicated to the production of meat products of pork, cured and fresh.
Our products are characterized by artisan elaboration, sometimes following recipes of the beginnings of the company, by traditional healing in drying and subsequent storage in the cellar. Own farm with Duroc breed pigs, which allows us to control the process of genetic selection, and the utmost care in terms of food because the farm is registered in “Consello Regulador Lacón Gallego I.G.P. (Protected Geographical Indication – PGI)” who supervise the food of the animals.
We employ advanced techniques for slaughter, cutting and healing, ensuring the entire production cycle in a high quality and safety.
GRELOS DE GALICIA – turnip tops
Few garden products are so ingrained in the culture as Galician turnip greens. Due to its adaptation to cold and wet weather, it is perfectly suited to Galicia and, over the centuries, references to its cultivation and consumption are numerous. This peppery Galician vegetable, is one of the basic ingredients in some of the most popular Galician dishes such as broth, Galician pot soup made of potatoes, fava beans, smoked chorizo, animal fat and cooked ham (lacón) with these amazing turnip greens, the best remedy against cold weather. A versatile and distinctive vegetable that helps differentiate Galician cuisine from all the other regions.
LACÓN – shoulder of pork
The term lacón is a Galician word derived from the Latin lacca and refers to the pork foreleg, especially its cured meat. Rooted in old traditions this pinky red meat is delicious roasted, boiled or cured and is often accompanied with turnip greens. Also accompanied by boiled potatoes, chickpeas and chorizo, is a typical Galician carnival dish, which flavour is known worldwide.

MAGUS – San Simón Da Costa Cheese
To learn about the origin of the cheese we have to go back to the times of the Castrenian towns that inhabited the mountains from A Carba to Xistral. In the middle ages, the importance of this cheese was of such great value, that it was used as the form of payment in forums and tithes. Its distinct smoked flavour has become its trademark, thanks to the wood that is used, from the common tree of the area: the birch tree.
The San Simón cheese that comes out of the workshop, elaborated following its traditional recipe, has become recognized as a high quality cheese in Galicia as well beyond our borders. Its taste and texture triumph!
MEL DE GALICIA – honey
Galicia's mild, rainy climate, granitic soil and the influence of winds and sea air, give rise to a rich and varied flora. This allows for the production of mono-floral (one unique flower) honey as well as a range of milflores (a thousand flowers) honey.
Galician apiaries are small and as such the beehives lend themselves to being pampered with care by dedicated beekeepers. Quality in the extraction processes and packaging distinguish this very special product.
MERLUZA DE CELEIRO - hake
Line-caught hake is one of the firm’s favourites in their dishes due to its excellent consistency (fine, smooth flesh), whilst also permitting the preparation of a myriad number of dishes due to the extreme versatility of the main ingredient.
MEXILLÓN DE GALICIA – mussels
Its documented consumption dates back to the eighth century and now, all these centuries later, the Galician mussel continues to take pride of place on the gourmet map. Certainly, the Galician Rias, considered to be one of the most important phytoplankton deposits on the planet, offer the mussel the perfect place to feed. The abundance of phytoplankton, the mussel's main food, provides the texture, flavour and colour that make the Galician mussel different from any other in the world. Only mussels that really come from Galicia can carry the brand Galician Mussel. And when you taste them, you'll understand why...
MONTEPICATO – cold meat
Embutidos Montepicato was born as a family fabric of cold meat and salted products, and has succeeded in being faithful to the habits and production methods of the traditional ways.
What was first born as an artisan fabric of traditional “chorizo” sausage, is nowadays a modern facility that uses sophisticated technology to ensure the quality of its products. All this while still using the same artisan methods that made cold meat products from Galicia famous: a strict selection of raw material and a smoking process that uses natural wood.
The honesty with which the products are presented to the final consumer have made Galician cuisine a synonym of purity. This is one of the aims and motives of Embutidos Montepicato in all its wide range of products: chorizón, salchichón, loin, ham, bacon, belly pork or salted products.
MONTERREI D.O. - wine
Monterrei, meaning the king’s mountain, is located in the province of Ourense just across the Portuguese border. The ideal place to view the region’s vineyards is from the hilltop fortress at the town of Monterrei, which was used to fend off the Portuguese in the 17th century.
The Monterrei DO is Galicia’s most recent having been created just over a decade ago. It has a rich cultural backdrop to support its wines: most of the region’s natural springs are found here and the market town of Verín has a long tradition of colourful carnivals, very popular in Spain.
Winemaking has traditionally focused on white grapes, mostly Doña Blanca (or Dona Branca as it is known locally). However, the more impressive whites come from the Godello or Treixadura grapes. Red wines, mostly from Mencía and increasingly Tempranillo, are emerging with greater complexity from some of the recently established producers.
ORUJO DE GALICIA – spirits
The orujo from Galicia is a spirit drink produced by the fermentation and distillation of lees and marc obtained from grapes harvested in the geographical area of Galicia. It may be sold in the year of its production, either immediately or after a period of rest, or after being subjected to an aging process. Important to mention is also the wide range of spirit types and flavours such as coffee and herb liqueurs, perfect after food or at any time.

PAZO DE VALDOMIÑO – liqueurs
Our range of Pazo de Valdomiño Premium products is in the highest selection of distillates not only because of its high quality but also because of its innovative, unique and personalized design. To the most traditional elaboration, a novel column for reducing methanol content is included. As a result, we obtain a clean and crystalline aguardiente, with much more complexity and aromatic elegance due to its triple distillation. QUEIXO DO CEBREIRO - cheese
The Catholic Monarchs, Charles III, Elizabeth from Portugal... these are some of the monarchs who knew all about Queixo do Cebreiro. In the seventeenth century this product was the fourth most expensive in the world but by 1989 it was only made for personal consumption. However, the food of kings is back again now to enjoy a well-deserved reputation. Fantastic on its own, with honey or other fruit-based desserts it's also hugely versatile and widely used in salads, soups, fish and meat dishes, with seafood, pasta and vegetables. The sky's the limit!
RÍAS BAIXAS D.O. - wine
The Atlantic Ocean, pine forests lining hills that overlook fjord-like inlets, vines trained on pergolas and light, fresh, aromatic wines to complement the finest array of seafood. Welcome to Galicia, green Spain and the home of the country’s most sought-after quality wine: Albariño from the DO of coastal Rías Baixas.
This DO is still barely out of its teens, yet no upmarket restaurateur would exclude an Albariño from its list, especially if a range of fish is offered. The local markets of Galicia feature a vast choice including highly prized percebes (goose barnacles), octopus, oysters, prawns, every variety of squid, bream and sea bass, which go perfectly with Albariño wines.
Thanks to a leap in quality and the benefits of modern winemaking techniques, Albariño has captured the imagination both at home and abroad and vineyards have been expanding in recent years to keep pace with demand for the wines.
RIBEIRA SACRA D.O. - wine
Ribeira Sacra lies at the heart of Galicia and this DO is often described the region’s most scenic. The landscape is a combination of rivers – the Miño and the Sil rivers meet here – and lush green hillsides featuring spectacular terraced vineyards. Tending the vines on these terraces is back-breaking work but the rewards can increasingly be seen in the wines emerging from the area.
Located some distance from the busier towns of the coast, the area is particularly tranquil. You might just hear the sound of a distant gaita (bagpipe) to remind you that you are in Celtic Spain.
RIBEIRO D.O. - wine
Ribeiro, situated in the south of Galicia and to the east of the Rías Baixas DO, features a warmer climate than its coastal neighbour and not as much rain. Its vineyards are situated to the north and south of the main river, the picturesque Miño. White wines dominate in Ribeiro and the fruity, aromatic Treixadura is the main grape often with a touch of Albariño, Godello, Torrontés or Loureira to enhance blends. The wines often reach 13º, but they have good balancing acidity and structure making them an ideal match for food.
Galicia is famous for its wide variety of sea and river fish. Local specialities include meat or fish empanadas (large flat pasties made with olive oil), pan de maíz (maize bread), the creamy white tetilla cheese and the local green pimientos de Padrón (chilly green peppers).
ROANDI – wine
Bodega Roandi, now represents the fourth generation of winegrowers in the Moral Family, who with great care has cared vineyards that have been passed from father to son, without having lost the love for the land and for work well done to over time.
Roandi winery began its journey in 2008, entering the Valdeorras Designation of Origin, and developing its first vintage in 2009 with two unique brands on the market, a single varietal Godello white, and red oak.
Currently we produce white and red wines with high market acceptance, seeking innovation, being, for example, the first winery to produce a Sparkling Rosé Wine in Galicia made with Galician native varieties.
SANTIAGO ROMA – wine
Santiago Roma Cellar was born from a dream: to produce an exceptional quality wine, respecting traditional. handicraft methods. A wine with character, nurtured by Santiago Roma from the vineyard to the bottle: an authentic Rias Baixas.
The cellar is located on an old farmhouse, restored, partially buried on its north side, and integrated with the vineyards. From there, you can see the Salnés Valley and the six hectares of vineyards.
Production combines artisanal methods and modern technology. Vineyards (6 hectares owned and the rest under control) are treated with phitosanitary products, friendly to the environment, combined with organic products. Animals are used to fertilize vineyards and prevent weed growth.
The company collaborates with Art Lorem gallery. Lorem is a rich colour palette painter and sponsor of new talents that are winning well deserved respect in the art world.
SEÑORÍO DE RUBIÓS - wine
The Miño River runs through Señorío de Rubiós in this corner of southern Galicia. The winery produces white, red and sparkling wines from the Rías Baixas appellation, striving to combine traditional and modern values and techniques in their winemaking. Along with innovation comes a respect for the essence of this wines and its natural taste, which can only come from well cared and properly harvested grapes.
SINGULAR GALICIAN CELLARS – wines
Singular is an association of several small family wineries, where quality is prioritised over anything, although the quality of exclusive productions makes exportation become a difficult hurdle to overcome for several reasons, though being the economic one of the main. Taking the motto “strength through unity” we partner to reach markets that would otherwise be out of reach. This way, Singular Galician Cellars was born and after 4 years the project grows with new wineries and with the same philosophy: reach more markets to offer different wines difficult to obtain from small and unknown wineries.
TARTA DE SANTIAGO - cake
The recipe for the Tarta de Santiago has an unknown origin, because there is no data of almond consumption in Galicia throughout the Middle Ages. But it is known that this delicious product was a luxury that few people could afford. In May 2010, the EU gave Tarta de Santiago PGI status within Europe. To qualify, the cake must be made in the Autonomous Community of Galicia and contain at least 33% almonds, excluding the base.
TERNERA GALLEGA - veal
Commercialised meat such as Ternera Gallega comes from calves bred in small family run farms and feeding places. They use their own workforce and comply with traditional rules and guidelines for forage in Galicia regarding the animals' handling and care. Once weaned, calves are fed using the farm’s natural forage and fodder exclusively made using a vegetable origin, above all cereals, previously controlled and authorised by the Regulatory Board.
TERRA DE BARONCELI – variety of organic marmalades, honeys, pâtés…
Terra de Baronceli is a natural gastronomic complex, shop and canning factory, located in the Valley of Monterrei, Verín province of Ourense. This region is an important centre of agricultural production, mainly based on traditional breeding techniques and thanks to its peculiar climate you can find Mediterranean species such as vineyards, olive and orange trees.
Terra de Baronceli, aware of all this wealth, and with the increasing demand of the society for safe and healthy food, offers its customers the best vegetables products from Galicia, combining culinary culture through ancient recipes, the artisan knowhow, with the most advanced technology of the canning industry.
TERRA DO CASTELO – wine
Covering an area of 3.500 m2 this winery is in the denomination of origin Ribeiro, ensuring a high quality wine that combines the tradition of a historic wine region with the most modern processing methods.
Treixadura predominantly grape in this wine are also present other typical varieties of the area as Mencia, torrontés or godello. Terra do Castelo has capacity to produce two million litres of wine, made with care and professionalism.

Cultivated in the microclimate of A Mariña of Lugo, among Lourenzá Valley lands and the Barreiros, Ribadeo and Viveiro coasts, through the valleys of the mountain of warm O Valadouro and the majestic Mondoñedo.

TORRE DE NÚÑEZ – Serrano ham
We are a Galician company with over 50 years' experience producing quality Serrano ham and cured meats, based on the traditional, artisan process.
We have tackled two major challenges from the beginning:
To achieve a Superior-quality Serrano Ham, a white ham with an excellent value for money, sweet flavour and one of the lowest levels of salt on the market. To produce Supreme-quality Cured Meats, offering our customers a quality cured meat that always respects the traditional, artisan production process.
Studying the characteristics of different breeds led us to choose the Duroc pig to produce our hams and cured meats. Applying our production know-how to its tasty meat and good fat marbling was our approach to meeting that challenge. Today, we are pleased to have met our goal, and both our customers and the multiple certifications we have received back that up.
VALDEORRAS D.O. – wine
The DO of Valdeorras is situated at the gateway to Galicia in the east of the region. It is made up of three towns: A Rúa, Villamartín and O Barco. The River Sil, which flows from east to west through the DO, is the dominant feature on the landscape. Valdeorras is situated around 150km from the coast and the climate is the most continental of all the DOs of Galicia. In recent years there has been a lot of excitement surrounding the white Godello grape, which has been rediscovered as a variety with great personality and positioned as the region’s star performer. Godello is now to Valdeorras what Albariño is to the Rías Baixas.

Viña Costeira was established in 1968, fruit of the illusion of a group of visionaries and rebels that broke with the wine trends of the time, in order to recover the historical grape varieties of Galicia: Albariño, Loureira, Godello and Treixadura, among others.
From the very beginning, tradition and innovation have been always present in Viña Costeira, and the combination of those two factors is which today strengthens us as a solid reference in the Galician wine business. Our wines belong to the oldest D.O. in Galicia and possibly one of the oldest in Europe: Ribeiro; located in the valleys of the river Miño, Arnoia and Avia, it is a territory where the thermal springs are a differentiating feature, making the area one of the most important destinations in thermal tourism in Europe.
Treixadura, Torrontés, Loureira, Lado, Albariño and Godello are the main indigenous grape varieties used in the making of whites from which they take its freshness, its body and its aromas. Mencía, Caiño, Sousón, Ferron and Brancellao are the stars of red wines, tasty and with increasing quality. The soils of granitic origin and orientation are arranged in "costeiras", which is the name historically given to the best slopes exposed to the Sun, where the best grapes are grown.
