A refurbished space where you can find a seafood nursery, a traditional food market, a tavern restaurant where you can taste the best of our ocean and a small workshop of canned and ready-cooked meals. Seafood Cakes, Octopus, rice or sauces that benboa produces fully handcrafted with the finest fish and seafood coming from sustainable fishing. The fish is landed in Galician Fish Markets, using 100% of maximum freshness and natural ingredients. Products have minimal processing, simple and healthy kitchen, a very easy preparation and with a high gastronomic value.

Keeping these principles as our cornerstone and with state of the art premises equipped with the most advanced technical means for wine processing and preservation, we try to capture the essence of the grape grown by our family in our 30 year old vineyards, which include some centenary vines, set in a privileged location 20 km from the Atlantic ocean, with a climate and soil composition unique to the Galician Rías Baixas. These exceptional conditions and our care throughout the whole wine making process are reflected in our wines.

Caracoles Deluque is a family business located in a prime location for snail farming by favorable conditions of humidity, rain and vegetation. It is dedicated to the packaging of snails cooked only in water and salt, no additives and preservatives are added. A poor-fat meat rich in high biological value proteins and minerals. A product made by hand where a high quality snail is selected, a snail with all its flavour and its properties.
Snails are an ideal meal for any season. In addition to daily feeding, the snails enjoy a healthy natural diet. The herbs and clovers used to feed the snails are carefully sown prior to the beginning of their life cycle.

To learn about the origin of the cheese we have to go back to the times of the Castrenian towns that inhabited the mountains from A Carba to Xistral. In the middle ages, the importance of this cheese was of such great value, that it was used as the form of payment in forums and tithes. Its distinct smoked flavour has become its trademark, thanks to the wood that is used, from the common tree of the area: the birch tree.
The San Simón cheese that comes out of the workshop, elaborated following its traditional recipe, has become recognized as a high quality cheese in Galicia as well beyond our borders. Its taste and texture triumph!

Martín Códax winery pledges its firm commitment to development and investigation managing different projects in Pé Redondo, our experimental vineyard. Bodegas Martín Códax was founded in 1986 and was named after the most known Galician troubadour whose medieval poems, the oldest of Galician-Portuguese language, are preserved. In the poems, the troubadour sings to love and to the sea of our coastline. Since it’s founding, Bodegas Martín Códax has grown and developed; always supporting its people, its land and its culture. The culture is promoted in more than 40 countries over the world.
A project that started with the dream and efforts of a group of winegrowers is now a reality and it is this reality which has let Bodegas Martín Códax become a symbol of Galician wines inside or outside of our borders/country.

The Pazo Pegullal vineyard is located in Salceda de Caselas, Galicia (Spain), surrounded by Country Manor built in the XVIII century and that carries the same name. One of the main differences of our wine is its fragances coming from the kiwi fruit plantation close to the vineyard. We take care of our grapes during all the year and we handpick the best bunches to obtain a very unctuous Albariño, with a subtle acidity. The location of the vineyard in a sunny hillside makes the grapes ripen evenly without losing any of its aromas.
The olive plantation of El olivar d'Pegullal is located in the town of Tomiño (Galicia - Spain) with a 7 hectares extension of arbequina variety with eleven years. It is one of the few olive plantations of Galicia. From it is obtained a high density oil with fragances of fresh herbs, banana and apple, without spicy hints.
With our own oil press in the Pegullal Country Manor, our oil comes from the first press in cold of our olives using a traditional method.

Quinta de Couselo is a heritage linked to the Cistercian monastery of Santa María of Oia, where wines have been produced since 1864. It belongs to the sub-region of DO Rias Baixas with 8 hectares of vineyard. Its wines are made mainly from the varietal Albariño, combined with the traditional from Loureira and the white Caiño.

Commercialised meat such as Ternera Gallega comes from calves bred in small family run farms and feeding places. They use their own workforce and comply with traditional rules and guidelines for forage in Galicia regarding the animals' handling and care. Once weaned, calves are fed using the farm’s natural forage and fodder exclusively made using a vegetable origin, above all cereals, previously controlled and authorised by the Regulatory Board.

Covering an area of 3.500 m2 this winery is in the denomination of origin Ribeiro, ensuring a high quality wine that combines the tradition of a historic wine region with the most modern processing methods.
Treixadura predominantly grape in this wine are also present other typical varieties of the area as Mencia, torrontés or godello. Terra do Castelo has capacity to produce two million litres of wine, made with care and professionalism.

We are a Galician company with over 50 years' experience producing quality Serrano ham and cured meats, based on the traditional, artisan process. We have tackled two major challenges from the beginning: To achieve a Superior-quality Serrano Ham, a white ham with an excellent value for money, sweet flavour and one of the lowest levels of salt on the market. To produce Supreme-quality Cured Meats, offering our customers a quality cured meat that always respects the traditional, artisan production process. Studying the characteristics of different breeds led us to choose the Duroc pig to produce our hams and cured meats. Applying our production know-how to its tasty meat and good fat marbling was our approach to meeting that challenge. Today, we are pleased to have met our goal, and both our customers and the multiple certifications we have received back that up.
